As in years past, students will plan all aspects of the project, which will take place during winter 2013. The lead (and founding) sponsor of the Many Hands Project is Canadian Tire Financial Services..
Eligible agencies must be not-for-profit, involved in the provision of a community-based service in the Niagara Region, and be willing to commit agency resources to the project. Selection of the project will be determined through the Many Hands Project Advisory Committee.
Now in its sixteenth year, Many Hands is a community-driven project organized by Niagara College students as part of the Event Management Graduate Certificate program together with Construction Studies students, who complete the renovations. Students assist a not-for-profit organization by enhancing, improving and renovating the facility at no cost to the organization.
